Shipping policy

Dear clients,

In order to make the service extremely convenient for you, we, from ATG will pay the costs for your delivery if the price of the order equals 120 or more leva. If the order is at a lower price the costs of the courier services should be payed by the consumer at a price worth 5 leva including VAT.

After sending your order, you should receive confirmation e-mail on the e-mail you have given us. From 1 up to 4 hours you should be contacted by an operator to confirm the order and certify your shipment details. The deliveries would be performed on the next working day in the big cities and up to 2 working days in the smaller cities.

  • Paypal;
  • ePay.bg;
  • EasyPay;
  • B-pay;
  • Pay cash to the courier services at the moment of delivery;
  • Via bank account, before receving the order: Beneficiary: „ATG LIFESTYLE" OOD , Bank: UniCredit Bulbank; 7 "Saint Sunday" square (ploshtad "Sveta Nedelq" 7), BIC: UNCRBGSF, IBAN : BG44 UNCR 7630 1000 1809 01, Reason for payment: order number.

In case of not being satisfied of the delivered product, you have the right to return it to the address: Sofia,150 bul. Kliment Ohridski, postal code 1756, in a 7 day period counting the date of delivery. You should pay return costs and after we receive back the product we will transfer back your money via the bank account you have given us. The transfer would happen no later than 2 days.

Return requirements:

  • the client has sent a request for return ordered accessory via sending an e-mail: sales@samsonitebg.com or calling +359 2 962 40 55; +359 89 688 84 94 no later than 7 days from the date of receiving the order. You should then provide details of your bank account where you wish to receive back your money.
  • We will accept return policy only if the ordered/returned product is in a perfect commercial condition including original package, labels along with the original document and receipt/invoice and warranty card.

The client pays all return costs concerning the trasportation of the product back to our office. "A.T.G." OOD can keep it's right to decline paying the accessory's costs paid by the client in case of violation of one or more return terms and conditions.

In case of when а client cancelс a delivery (after confirming an order via phone and the order has been dispatched), he has to pay return costs as well as shipment costs which totals up to the amount of 10 leva. They payment should be made on: „ATG Lifestyle" OOD , Bank: UniCredit Bulbank; 7 "Saint Sunday" square (ploshtad "Sveta Nedelq" 7), BIC: UNCRBGSF, IBAN : BG44 UNCR 7630 1000 1809 01, Reason for payment: courier services costsIf the client refuses the payment, he loses right to make any orders from the given name and address with the option "Pay cash to the courier services at the moment of delivery". He can only place an order when paying in advance via bank account or paying by card.
