Return/Exchange of goods in a physical store

Dear customers,

it is important to us that you find the most suitable product from our portfolio and feel satisfied with your Samsonite.

If for any reason you wish to return/exchange a product purchased from our physical stores, please respect the conditions under which this happens:

1. The product must not show signs of use

2. Suitcase labels, warranty card and payment document must be complete and presented at the time of exchange.

3. You may exchange for another product of a higher value (at an additional cost) or a similar product of the same value. It is possible to exchange with several items, the total value of which is equal to the price of the purchased item or a higher value (with additional payment).

4. No refunds will be made for a product that has no apparent defects.

5. In all cases, our consultants are qualified enough to help you make the best decision.

6. Replacement of an item without manifest defects can be done within 7 /seven/ days of purchase.
